Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for experienced Radar Systems Engineers with an expertise in analysis, architecture, requirements development, design, modeling and simulation, or integration and test. These roles require a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent. Familiarity with design tools and environments for digital solid-state radar systems and subsystems. Familiarity with computer architectures and algorithm development for a range of system/subsystem applications.

About the Area

Liverpool is a village just outside of Syracuse, New York, on Onondaga Lake in what is called the Central New York region. Syracuse is the major hub in the region, and has everything you would expect from a small city with a strong college influence. In 2010, Forbes magazine rated Syracuse as fourth among the top 10 places to raise a family.

Where can you get to from Liverpool and Syracuse? New York City and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, are each about a four-hour ride away. Rochester is just over an hour-and-a-quarter to the west. The Finger Lakes region, with its beautiful scenery and wineries, is just off to the west. Beautiful Lake Ontario and hundreds of other lakes are nearby and the Adirondack Mountains are just two hours to the northeast.
